Alliant Insurance Services has announced the appointment of Frank Verdi as vice president of its employee benefits group.
In his new role, Verdi will focus on the development, implementation and management of employee benefit products and services for clients across the Northeast. He will be based in Boston.
Verdi has more than 35 years of industry experience in both the carrier and brokerage areas of the company. Before joining Alliant, he served as area vice president for a global insurance brokerage, risk management and advisory firm.
“Frank’s career has been focused on helping a number of companies focus and optimize their performance programs by designing, implementing and managing people-centric solutions that address today’s business challenges,” said Kevin Overbey, President from Alliant Employee Benefits. “His strategic approach and deep knowledge of the benefits industry provides his clients with a strong competitive advantage.”
Verdi is the latest addition to Alliant’s list of employee benefits. Last week, the company announced the appointment of Gerry Armbruster as group vice president. Last month, Alliant announced that Andy Nebens has joined the group as senior vice president.
