Hippo debuts on NYSE | Insurance coverage Enterprise


Home insurance company Hippo has announced its listing as a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange. Hippo debuted on the NYSE on Tuesday.

Founded in 2015, Hippo leverages real-time data, smart home technology and a range of home services to create the first vertically integrated end-to-end platform for home protection and insurance. Hippo announced in March that it would go public through a merger with Reinvent Technology Partners Z, a purpose-built acquisition company. The company is valued at $ 5 billion.
